Decent Eyeliner!

I've used this brand eyeliner a lot. Only issue is it will leave a light blending to under my eyes after awhile. Gentle on eyes when applying. I use very little on these elderly eyes anyway. The charcoal is a nice, neutral and looks good on any face! I only use on upper lid as well.
