This eyeliner is amazing! With my previous liner, I was always wiping the corners of my eyes because it would melt a bit. I have very oily and hooded eyelids. Most pencil eyeliners end up smearing and looking messy by the end of the day. Liquid eyeliner precision is too difficult for me to apply these days. This elf pencil liner is very pigmented and stays put for much, much longer than all others I've used. It's not absolutely perfect by the end of the day however I think it would be for those who do not have as oily and hooded eyes as me. Overall, it's very good and close to the Thrive brand which costs 5x more. I recommend you give it a try.
