THEE best eyeliner I've come across in ages. I've been using L'oreal(sic), Amay and Neutrogena eyeliners because I couldn't settle on one I really like. Either they've too hard to remove, run or wear off easy, but this one is a keeper. Love the easy application, but stays put. Easy to remove. The richness of the colors really stands out. I love how it makes my small eyes stand out!

This is a really lovely color,kind of like milk chocolate. Walmart is offering a cash rebate for a couple dollars, so it’s a great deal.
