A nice ‘entry' level adult electric tricycle

Ordered MoonCool. Received EoyoBike. MoonCool Customer Service was very helpful. There are 2 things that upset me, but I don't believe it to be the vender's (MoonCool)fault. The Manufacturer needs better quality control. There are many rough welds on the frame which should have been ground smooth before painting. A lot of welder slag is visible. The second thing which upsets me is the very cheap weak plastic Shimano derauler which mounts on the frame next to the gears on the rear axle. The shifter function fairly well, but the cheap weak plastic mount is not firm ( hard ) enough, and allows excessive side to side play in the shifter which depends on close tolerance to operate properly.

Beware of incorrect shipping

Very excited to have this arrive! First the accessories arrived days after the order was placed. Waited for delayed shipping only to have TWO Batteries ONLY arrive- NO TRIKE to assemble! Vendor information is out of the country and Walmart automated says ineligible for a return. I processed a refund/return anyway and I have to wait 3 weeks for my refund. I have had friends have successful purchases, ours was not one of them. Very disappointed to have to go to a local bike shop and spend 3x's the amount.
