Item came immediately ~ 🤩 all in one container, packed very well, easy to unpack; instructions - excellent, tools were provided, assembling was a breeze; some of the parts were slightly bent (rear fenders) but easily straightened out. Easy to adjust seat height, however we had to remove the backrest - it could not be adjusted %26 was set too far forward, once removed the seat was very comfortable. Being it is a tricycle, you feel quite secure but it takes a little practice to figure out the appropriate gear %26 then the ride assist kicks in 😱 be aware as it accelerates rapidly. The more we use it the more we love it, good exercise without fear of being exhaustion. THANK YOU 😊!
