Moon Cool/ EOYOBIKE

Bought this for my wife. She fought me for years about riding a bike after all these years. She absolutely loves it. It's actually really a well built bike. Everything works the way it should. I own 5 e-bikes ranging in price from $1000 to $6500. This was a great value at $650. A couple little quirks with assembly but nothing too bad. It took me about 3 hours to assemble and adjust the trike. OVERALL, VERY HAPPY!, I forgot to mention the bike make is EOYOBIKE, a division of Moon Cool!

I love it

It took some time to put it together but it wasn't that hard. I will feel safer on 3 wheels and no longer stuck in the house because of disabilities. The basket on the back is huge and will be so handy for shopping. I'm very excited.

Faulty break barrel

Shipped on time. Hired a man to put together for me. It took him 6 hours over two days. The left cable break housing was bent so the back brakes will not work. I will have to take it to bike shop for repair despite 1 yr warranty and 3 yr insurance which I paid for but do not see. I noticed the warranty does not cover brakes even though it is a brand new bike. I took it for a test drive as front break works well. The balance will take some adjustment for me. Maybe a regular two wheel would be better for me.
