I love this tricycle. Great value for the money. I had to save up for this, but I would buy it again. The instructions are very detailed. I did have to watch a video for running the chain and rear brake line. The pictures in the instructions were too close up. It was difficult to see where these parts were located. It does take a while to put together, so plan accordingly so you don't feel rushed or frustrated. It took the better part of a day, but that is because I had a little difficulty linking the chain together. I didn't have the strength to do the quick link (My right hand is very weak due to a past injury). That is the only part I had help with. Don't just finger tighten the nuts. Use the provided tools to make sure they are snug and you should not have any rattling. The bike rides smoothly. It is very comfortable. I had to give up riding my bicycle due to severe osteoporosis. My balance is not the best and my doctor was worried about me falling. Now, I have no problem riding. I have some freedom back. I can ride up to the store. My dog loves riding in the basket and going to the beach with me. NOTE: The battery is shipped separately. FedEx delivered the bicycle in the morning and the battery arrived on another FedEx truck in the afternoon. Lithium batteries are usually shipped separately. The battery charges quickly and stays charged for quite some time. The provided tools are of good quality and can be used for many other projects. I keep the multi tool in my junk drawer for quick fixes around the house. I LOVE THIS TRICYCLE!

My son and I absolutely love this trike! It's much bigger, heavier, and sturdier than we expected, which really adds to the quality. Assembly was definitely a bit difficult and complex, but it was completely worth it for the price and durability. The battery ships separately and took a little longer to arrive, but when I reached out, customer service responded very quickly and was super helpful. Overall, this thing is awesome and so much fun!
