Soon as you open the box, immediately throw out the instruction booklet, it's garbage. Use the video from the product listing, it's so much clearer. Also, if you are taller than 5'6" you will probably have to get a longer seat post. The one they give you is only 23cm long and so thin it's flimsy and bends despite being steel. Other than that, no complaints. I am unable to balance on a normal bike due to a medical condition so the 3 wheeled design is a huuuuuge help. Can't wait for my new post to arrive so I can get back to riding!
