This trike is a well made beautiful bike!!! The seller Sunny is a beautiful and patient person. Bc when it was assembled by an inexperience tech!! He put different and low air pressure into each tire causing it to jerk hard to right / left. Almost causing an accident with a truck and hurting myself!! The issue is going to be fixed monday april 17th; as we had to hire another bike tech this time thru WM!! All tires are now at around 14psi really low but i rode it anyways around block to see if it still jerks to right/left. I only jerked a bit once. So I truly believe that was the issue as Sunny told us. I bought the purple e trike and just luv it. I cant wait to truly ride it safely. Even the black basket on back is wide and big enough to put my pet in it for a ride with his mummy!! All parts came unbroken/damaged. Everything was well packed. The battery came in seperate box and WOW! how strong, heavy and well made this battery is. We will buy extra one for future trips. Thank you Sunny for making this a beautiful experience buying an E Trike from YOU=) We hope to buy three more for our triplets, soon. Buy without having any reservations from this seller!! It was truly a wonderful choice for us. Thank You again Sunny! Deborah
