Mooncool trike really is “Cool to the Moon!”

What a cute electric trike! The Mooncool trike was on sale, and my wife wanted one. Bought it for her. Merry Christmas! It arrived on time in a big heavy (probably 80 lb) box. I had already read where the assembly is a little “intense.” It really wasn't that bad… I had lots of other “honey do's” that interrupted me, but it still went together pretty easily. Once together I tested it out and it is great fun! Most bikes now, have seats that are uncomfortable, this one is pretty good. Power is good, and I'm a big guy. Controls are easy to learn and function well. Received unexpected extras, too - cell phone holder, mirrors, a basket, and a hydration bottle with mount. The unit is fairly stable, but you must slow way down for any corners. Use common sense. It fits thru a 36” door well, so you can keep it inside (if you choose to do so). Since it's only the day after Christmas, we haven't ran the battery down sufficiently to need to recharge it yet. I really do recommend this trike. It's fun, looks good, runs well, and my wife likes it - that is a win!

I researched and researched before settling on MOONCOOL TK Pro. The customer service has been excellent and very responsive. I asked them questions after making the purchase of TK1 and after they explained everything they allowed me to cancel the order and purchase the Pro model. Very hilly and needed the extra power. I have been cruising around for a week. As a disabled person this has brought me freedom to move around our vast community which has numerous trails. What a freaking blast I'm having.
