Nice bike. Wife loves it. Really quick with electric mode. Instructions can be a little confusing at times but I just walked away for 20 minutes and came back and was able to interpret the pics and wording better. The ad says it comes in two boxes but you will only get one tracking number. The second box came 4 days later. All in all great experience and the customer service answered within a day about tracking.

mooncool bikes are heavy and study I have 2 bikes ❤️ both of them 2 wheel and trike . The 2 wheel was easy to put together

Items were received in a timely manner and with no damage to the packaging. No complaints on the seller but I would very much like to submit a review on the actual product.

Am trying to to purchase a second battery for the e-trike I bought , but finding it hard to do.

Solid, comfortable, easy to set up and take down. Only issue Storing the mattress in the bag. Will not fit and requires separate bag.
