I asked them questions after making the purchase of TK1 and after they explained everything they allowed me to cancel the order and purchase the Pro model. Very hilly and needed the extra power. I have been cruising around for a week. As a disabled person this has brought me freedom to move around our vast community which has numerous trails. What a freaking blast I'm having.

The only thing is the placement of the pedals are a little hard to get use to for some of us. It was recommend by a pt to get a trike bike and once I get use to it I'll love it.
