while unpacking found lots of damage to frame, fenders and other items. instructions are very, very hard to understand, photos are of parts not inculuded with item . customer service is some of the best I've incured fast replies and willingness to replace damaged parts after sending photos of damaged items. going to see how tryke works after we get new parts and finish putting it together. Not sure if we would buy another one.
