Needed professional to assemble. Did not receive warranty information that was supposed to receive when purchased (Still waiting for it). Hard to reply to other questions due to being my first (and hopefully last) 3 Wheel e-bike. Bought the folding bike especially to travel but does not fold down enough to actually carry in my motor home, car, or truck.
