Love my chair
I spend about an hour a day in my chair. Pros: - I like the different routines. Boss mode shoulders, back and sleep mode are my go to settings. I also typically up the pressure to 3 which is nice. - Bluetooth speakers are awesome and I have a playlist just for the chair. Cons: - chair seems light on shoulders. I would say it is more so for everything else like back, butt, legs, arms. I would like to see a deeper routine for shoulders. - remote is sometimes hard to read so it could be lit up a little better. - time setting always defaults to 20 minutes. I wish I could use it sometimes without a limited time setting. The highest it goes is 30. If you fall asleep it will just be off whereas it would be nice to leave it on indefinitely. Overall, it's a great chair and well worth the price.

Wife's but I use it too
This chair has heat , several adjustments for type and strength of massage , air bag massage for feet , calves , shoulder and arms , a zero G setting and voice telling you where you are . It comes with a pre-set time for your massage but time is adjustable . It comes completely assembled so just plug in and enjoy . The only drawback is the control box/panel doesn't have a back light. We keep a small flashlight handy as it does not store your personal settings .
