This chair is comfy, and fits both a smaller woman and a bigger man. The rollers are nice, and the air bags are quite strong. The Thai stretch is great, but we both love the “strong” auto massage option. The rollers are pretty tough on this cycle but they feel great. This is our 7th massage chair we have tried. The other chairs we tried were either not the model advertised, or they didn't have the functions advertised in their product pages. A few didn't have working functions and one stopped working after two weeks of use. It is disappointing the amount of false advertising and deception these sellers get away with on marketplace on both here and Amazon. However, both Walmart and Amazon's customer service reps were quite helpful in getting the chairs returned and refunded. This chair is what it says it is, and that's a plus in the consumer world today. It has nice quality leather material and looks aesthetically pleasing in our living room corner.

This is my third massage chair, and my second Real Relax. The only reason I keep buying new ones is because of relocations. What I appreciate most about this chair is that it recognizes my body size (I'm slightly under 5 feet) for optimal pressure. It also offers a variety of preset buttons, which is incredibly convenient. I absolutely love this massage chair. I'm impressed with its design, functionality, size, and overall quality. There's nothing I don't like about it. The delivery was as promised, and the chair was fully assembled in one piece. It's definitely worth every penny.

Bought this for my wife who always complains of back pain. Was intimidated of the size when it arrived as it was going upstairs into our bedroom. After unboxing and realizing it was on wheels we were able to roll it most of the way. My wife and I were then able to carry it up stairs and it wasn't that bad. Needless to say she's fallen asleep in it everynight. I finally tried it and my gosh. That things gets to spots I didn't know it could get to. I'm 6'2” 265lbs and I fit perfect in it. The massagers are super strong to where I have to turn it down after a while. Zero gravity, heat and the full body massage is very relaxing.
