I love my new chair
I received the chair 2 days earlier than they had promised. I was able to put it together once I got it out of the box within 20 to 30 minutes. So it was very easy to assemble. I plugged it up and was able to use it immediately. It has been a blessing for my back pain. After a long day of nursing, it is great to just sit and relax and let the chair massage all those sore areas.

Tale of two cities as they say. Quality and ease of use (if you just push the start button) is great. Does a really nice job on back, forearms and neck, but not as much on legs or shoulders. Feel it would be better for larger people because airbags don't deploy enough on those areas. Also it's not as effective for taller people (I'm 6', seems like the upper limit). The only other problem is the display panel which has lots of options but no explanations in a manual (customer service said they have no details) and after a while you learn about them, but it seems I'm missing uses). I wish you could adjust the airbag pressures more where you need more. All that said, I still enjoy it and use it almost every day. For the price, you get an effective message chair with lots of optional programming for a very low price. If you want more, you'll need to spend a whole lot more.
