the delivery was definitely unacceptable. Indicated on one day it was at my hometown at this time 25mins later it indicated it was 85 miles away at a different location. .when I called to find out why the rep stated it was a error...then asked for a delivery date! huh!!!! it already had a delivery dated!!!!! rep stated that I was supposed to call to setup a delivery date, which made no. sense at all. Then he stated that the delivery person will contact me 30 mins prior to delivery, which the delivery person stated, why would I if I'm 3miles away from delivery....what a mess! I was super happy with how easy it was to setup the chair...by myself in 20 mins!!! works great! without any issues. I will monitor this chair for awhile n give an update! SO FAR SO GOOD GUYS!
