Great price for the chair and the install was pretty simple. I enjoy the pressure of the airbags. The big downside to this chair is not being able to control the rollers. You cant move them up or down, therefore the chair doesnt fit me properly or addres the areas I need it to. I am 5'2 though and my family members who are 5'9 enjoy the chair more than I do.

I like it, but im very upset with the fact that I can't get in touch with anyone who can help me with my broken massage chair. The left arm on is not fully attached to the chair, and it is close to impossible to fix. The chair can't fully massage with the arm broken. I called the phone number and was given a gmail email to get to send pictures and was told someone would call me or contact me, and I'm still waiting on a call. I can't repackage it to return it because the box was destroyed when it arrived and for me to take it out of the box. This cost too much money to 1. be broken 2. not able to catch up with anyone to fix it or help with a solution. 3. i would like to return it and either get another one or just get my money back. i gave it 3 stars because it is nice looking and it would be a great massager if it wasn't broken. If i don't hear from anyone soon... I will be finding a way to return it and get refunded. it's
