I was excited to order this chair. However the box was delivered with a hole in it at the on/off switch and tears on the sides. I didn't want to accept it like that. Other reviews noted this and expressed trouble with the chair. Even though the box say “Fragile” it was transported roughly. The manufacturer should have packaged it better. I'll get another one and write another review.

the chair is nice overall. It arrived in a box that was totally damaged and there is a white stain on the chair. The chair also sits lower than expected making it a little difficult to get in and out of. Otherwise, it's comfortable and it doesn't hurt when it's massaging.the delivery was delayed which was very frustrating but I have it now.
