Website does not tell that if you have steps it will not be delivered. Even thiugh i pay Walmart yearly for IN HOME DELIVERY. It was left outside in the rain for 2 hours until i could find someone to bring inside. The chair weighs 127lbs in the box it was 152. Im 67 and handicap. I ordered the zero gravity chair as a part of my Physical therapy. I ordered 1 week ago and now the chsir is $100 cheaper.
