This is an amazing massage chair — the best one I was able to find. I searched for a very long time because I wanted a chair that does not just vibrate, but actually gives a deep, strong massage to the glute area. This is the only chair I found that really does that. For people with sedentary jobs, especially drivers, I think this is one of the best options. It massages the glutes and back very well, and the massage feels strong and effective. I am extremely happy with the chair itself and with its functions. The only thing that really disappointed me is that the chair did not arrive in brand-new condition. It already had visible scuffs, scratches, signs of wear, and even some greasy-looking stains. For this price, of course, I expected to receive a completely new chair. I would gladly return this particular chair and order the exact same model again in new condition, but it is very large and heavy, and I do not have a truck to take it back to the store myself. At the same time, I like the chair so much that for now I am willing to live with the cosmetic issues. For the quality of the massage itself — definitely 5 stars, especially for the real deep massage of the glute area.
