This massage chair is an amazing, and beautiful purchase. I wish I had bought one sooner. I have still not used all the functions available, but what I have used are just amazing. The heat is wonderful. The extended roller is a must. It takes a little getting used to, but once you are conditioned to the roller you will love it. The many different massage techniques this chair offers is fantastic. Fully assembled and ready to use right out of the box is quite nice. This massage chair kills my tension headaches, and literally puts me to sleep, and pretty much makes me purr. So happy with this purchase. Cons. The remote control is pretty sensitive, and I find myself accidentally turning it off with a bump on the wrong button. It should NOT have the remote holding spot on the arm of the chair. You have to be very careful when getting out of the chair to not smash the remote. It should be built in the future with a better spot to safely hold the remote. A pocket of some sort on the side should be added to hold the remote and owners manual. The plastic sides have popped apart when putting pressure on them to stand up, and should be built a bit tighter. These are minor issues overall, and do not affect the fantastic benefits of this chair. If you are on the ropes about spending quite a sum for a massage chair, throw in the towel, and make the purchase. You will not regret your choice. This chair will give me years of back tension and pain relief. My best purchase possibly ever!
