This chair is comfy, and fits both a smaller woman and a bigger man. The rollers are nice, and the air bags are quite strong. The Thai stretch is great, but we both love the “strong” auto massage option. The rollers are pretty tough on this cycle but they feel great. This is our 7th massage chair we have tried. The other chairs we tried were either not the model advertised, or they didn't have the functions advertised in their product pages. A few didn't have working functions and one stopped working after two weeks of use. It is disappointing the amount of false advertising and deception these sellers get away with on marketplace on both here and Amazon. However, both Walmart and Amazon's customer service reps were quite helpful in getting the chairs returned and refunded. This chair is what it says it is, and that's a plus in the consumer world today. It has nice quality leather material and looks aesthetically pleasing in our living room corner.

I love this message chair a lot. It looks nice. It works great. Lots of different message options. I few minor things for an improvement would be the to have the buttons on the screen be lit at all times so you can see what your doing when the room lighting is dimmed. I also wish there was a setting for just your neck. You can do the upper back but not the neck only. Other than these things it is an awesome well build message chair. The whole family loves it. Delivery was amazing. Comes in one big box all assembled. Only a few things to do to start using it right away. It took like 7 minutes tops to get it going. It also has wheels on the back, so you can move it around if you need to. Love it!!
