Nice futon for a first home, apartment,or dorm. It is perfect for higher floor apartments since it comes in 2 pieces. It is firm for sitting, which is great for those with back pain. It looks nice. The gray color is as shown and expected. It is super easy to assemble. It has no odors, which is a bonus. The one and only con is it does sit a little lower to the floor, so may not be ideal for tall folks. I am 5' 6" and can get up pretty easily.

I recommend. Bought this as I had an unexpected temporary house guest stay with me and needed a spare bed. It arrived within the same week, was easy to setup and looks great! Love how adjustable it is and the house guest said it makes a comfy bed. Might want to purchase a foam pad for longer term house guests if using in bed format but all in all, has worked perfectly for what I needed. Giving 4 stars only because the back side has a small tear upon arrival and would like more color options.
