I am so impressed with this futon! I originally purchased two for our rec room, and they looked so good — truly far more expensive than they actually are — that I ended up buying a third. The fabric, style, and overall quality feel high-end, and they’ve completely transformed the space. I did have a very small issue with one of the covers, so I reached out to the company to ask if I could purchase a replacement. To my surprise, they were incredibly gracious and responsive… and they sent me an entirely new futon instead! I was blown away by their generosity and commitment to taking care of their customers. Between the quality of the product and the exceptional customer service, I couldn’t recommend this company more. If you’re considering it — just buy it. You’ll love it!

This thing was easy to assemble. It took maybe 30 minutes, and we had to deal with a dog during, so it'll probably be shorter for you. The legs are sturdy solid metal. The legs that you use when you have is laying out can be hidden when it's in the upright position. When up the back rest is very comfortable. The seats are as well. Can't feel the frame at all. There's even a little skirt thing to make it look a bit cleaner. When down it's just as nice, feels just as nice. It's not huge, more for like average man or smaller, I'd say around 6' and under would fit nicely. Color is wonderful, doesn't show marks or tear easily. No spills or messes yet but the fabric seems like it would clean up easy without a mark. Just as a whole, this thing isn't super big. We live in a studio apartment, so the living room is small, and this barely takes up any room. I feel like it's gauged more toward freshly moved out adults or dorm rooms or spare rooms. Though it does work perfectly fine in the living room
