I figured it would come in a box, and it did. A heavy box for someone who's disabled, but that's not the products fault. I gave this 5 stars as it's very adjustable, which I like. I like that it can be a couch, and then a bed for when one of the kids spend the night. I will say, it's not a long term solution to sleep on, but works for a night or two.
