the shipping process with fedex was just horrendous but once someone helped me in customer service everything was good. the sofa is really beautiful assembly is pretty easy back pieces were kinda hard to line up. it does sit kinda low to the floor but nothing getting different legs wouldnt fix. also the back cushions are on the thin side but the cushions have zippers so nothing a memory foam pillow or some extra padding would help fix. overall i love the appeal of it I got mine in dark green and i just think its so beautiful for the price you are getting it for!
