Mainstays 73" Storage Futon, Light Grey

The futon arrived the same day that I ordered it. While the box containing the futon is relatively heavy, the futon itself is extremely easy to put together; it took my fiancé and I approximately thirty minutes to do so. Our living room is a little on the small side, so we were looking for an additional piece of seating to complement the one that we already had, and this one fits perfectly. The three settings (fully up, reclined, and fully down) all function as both the perfect mix of seating and bedding for if someone were to stay over. It is sturdy and the storage under the cushions is an added bonus for things you might not want out like sheets or remotes.

If you have the opportunity to get one of these, absolutely do it! I am genuinely so happy with this futon. Assembly was unbelievably easy. The instructions suggest two people, but I put it together by myself in about an hour, and it could not have been simpler. Once I positioned the cushions correctly, it looked exactly like it did in the store. When it is fully assembled, it is just so cute! It is stylish, practical, and incredibly functional. I have it in my living room right now, but I am seriously considering getting another one for my office. The storage compartments are very well hidden and extremely generous. You would never know how much storage space is built into it just by looking at it. I also love having a sleeper sofa, and the fact that it has two recliners makes it even better. It does sit low to the ground, although the legs could easily accommodate furniture risers. The fabric on the back is different from the rest of the futon, so it would work perfectly against a wall. Mine sits in the middle of the room, and honestly, it still looks completely fine. My dogs took to it immediately, cleanup is easy, and after adding a blanket and a pillow, it looks like it cost much more than it actually did. This futon was an absolute steal. I am very, very happy with this purchase, and I cannot stop thinking about buying another one!
