This futon is perfect for an apartment. The make is quality and assembly is simple. Just be mindful it does have a little weight if assembling solo as I did. Be sure to be certain you're assembling the front and back legs properly. Being the bottom is visible during assembly, I lifted the couch to check leg positions. Other than that this futon has value far beyond the price of purchase. The look is perfect. I'm 6'2 and it still seemed comfortable enough sitting briefly.
