It sits way too low to the floor. I'm 5'3 and it's still too low. It needs longer legs for every height and weight to sit on. The end pillows are not attached they are loose I didn't really care for that but it's just a small issue. When you sit down they will slide off they're not stationary.Other than that,I have no complaints. The assembly was easy but I had help. This is not a project for a small person. It's very heavy! I would advise anyone to make sure when FedEx delivers that if you have any stairs or any obstacle of getting it to your door that you specify that you do not want it left at the bottom of the stairs. That has happened to me in the past. You will not be able to assemble this alone You will need at least one man The futon weighs 50 lb in the box. It is assembled in one piece as the back has a adjustment mode for reclining or to convert into a twin size bed. I think for the price it's a good deal. But I would purchase longer legs so that when you buy it you can put it on there.

Seems reasonably well built for what we're using it for (in our camper), but it would do well to have center legs as well as just the corners (as many other similar futons have). Also, the side pillows should have a velcro attachment because they have no hope of staying in place otherwise.
