great stable machine - even for a 200+ pound guy

I've had my machine for about 3 weeks. It was very easy to assemble and I was on it right away. Love the machine - great for the price. It is very stable - I'm glad I didn't go with a cheaper version. I love the heart rate program and the chest strap works great. Super quiet so I don't bother anyone with an early morning work out. I was surprised to have sore abs after the first week. Great full body workout.

The Velocity rower arrived quickly and in real good condition. Not like your typical imports where the packaging is all tore up, this gave my wife and I a since of confidence right away. The rower assembly was a breeze and everything worked without a hitch. Using the rower and the programmed workouts is what we enjoy the most. You choice of a light row down a lazy river or dipping your oars into white water rapids filled with molasses. Work as hard or as easy as you want with no stress and abuse to joints and such. Seems very well built but will take time to know just how durable the unit is.
