Great value for the money!

This piece of equipment is exactly what I needed. I'm 5'4", and it's plenty long enough to stretch my legs. Assembly was really easy, even with my German Shepherd "helping." The instructions are clear enough for this individual who assembles lego sets backward to follow without having to disassemble and start again. The rowing machine is a great workout. I'm not an elite athlete, though I'm in pretty good shape, and I'm getting a hard workout every time. For people who are serious about rowing, they may need something more professional, but for someone just wanting hard exercise that works all the major muscles, this one fits the bill.

Great rower

The directions were surprisingly clear and the rower was pretty easy to put together. The video instruction was not very useful and both the written and video instruction did not include anything about where to plug in the adapter. Thankfully it is labeled on the body of the rower. I was pleasantly surprised about the levels of resistance and the smooth motion of the rower. It fits in my garage, stores easily, and is easy to move by rolling wheels. The rower is heavy and made well. The little monitor is pretty easy to see. I didn't want to invest thousands until I saw if I would use this regularly so this inexpensive rower was a good test. I just got it so we will see how long it lasts.

Folding rower to store away is not necessary.

The hardest part of the assembly is removing it from the box and cutting through the tape it is wrapped in. Did everything myself and it took me about 45-60 minutes total. The apps that connect to the rower are very good and have plenty of follow along workouts. This 63 year old highly recommends this machine.
