For a beginner (which I am as well as older), this is a good fit. The only reason I put a 4 rather than 5 on assembly is the scan code video is different from this model. It looks like the video is for an older model and is not accurate for this model. Use the booklet instructions.

I only wish I'd bought this sooner! Was fairly easy to put together - took about 30 minutes. I feel like I'm getting a great workout. Only thing I wish was different - it is hard to put the velcro straps on tightly. A little bit too much velcro perhaps. But overall a 10 out of 10!
