This is a great rowing machine. It's very quiet. It doesn't seem like it will do much. I'm at 15 minutes per day for just 3 days and can already see a difference. The tension is to the max. This is a great machine for the price and will definitely keep you fit. If you are looking for something that is a great price, do not expect the hydro however this will give you a great workout! Im very happy with my purchase!

For the price, my expectations were low. However, this rowing machine was a bargain. Its quality is way up there. Couldn't be more pleased with the machine. It is especially good for a senior. For a young, strong person, they may want more resistance than what is built into the machine. But for an older person, it could not be better.

With 16 settings you can start off at an easier pace and increase it as you work out. I am 80 years old and this machine has really improved my energy.
