The 16 levels are more than enough resistance to give a good workout for myself, a beginner at rowing. I can't say enough good things about this product! Great entry-level rowing machine

If something like the Concept 2 or the Merach air rower is out of your budget, this is a good place to start. It provides a great workout and is very easy to assemble. A magnetic rower is different from an air powered one, but you can still get a great workout out of it and the price is very hard to beat.

Firstly, Walmart.com has the best price on this Merach R15 rower. Easy to assemble, stores easily with wheels and is hardly noticeable in corner of my bedroom, and it is a great workout. I have owned it for a month and and love it more each time I use it. Highly recommend.
