Very comfortable and helpful. I didn't think that a budget ergonomic chair could help me get rid of chronic lower back and abdomen pain that I had been suffering from for 2 years. I took a chance with a budget chair and it did. In two weeks, my pain went away. This wasn't the only thing, I adjusted my posture as well but this chair made a big impact.

Love the chair. Easy to assemble. One piece was broke on the arm chair but was easier to adjustment than return. Buying another for my office. Great buy if you need ergonomic and bigger.
