Everything was perfect! The shipping got here just after Christmas, which honestly still surprised me. Most other sites were quoting a mid January delivery, so thank you SIHOO and Walmart for this. This was a gift for my mother for both Christmas and her getting a new, better job where she can work from home. Everything was as described perfectly. The chair I purchased was perfect, very easy to set up, and is one of the most comfortable and affordable ergonomic chairs I've ever seen. My mother loves it, so I'm perfectly happy with everything! Thank you again!

box arrived a little banged up but to be expected in transit. Packaging was decent and no damage was found on the chair components once removed from box.

I did not communicate with seller. Chair was well packaged. They need to update instructions: the screws that attach the legs to the base are neither included nor necessary.
