Excellent value for a quality chair.

Bought this chair after much research about affordable desk chairs. We were not in the market for a “high end” $1,000 office chair. This M-18 chair got rave reviews so we bought it. It arrived quickly, and ai was very impressed with the quality of the packaging. Assembly was pretty straightforward, and the weight of each of the assembled parts indicated quality. This was an inexpensive chair, but NOT a cheap chair. My wife has had two back surgeries, and she is loving how supportive and comfortable this is for her. I cannot recommend this chair enough.

It reclines beautifully and the adjustable head rest is nice. The locking feature to keep it from reclining is a plus. I wish it could go a little taller but I knew its height when I bought it.
