Bought this chair after much research about affordable desk chairs. We were not in the market for a “high end” $1,000 office chair. This M-18 chair got rave reviews so we bought it. It arrived quickly, and ai was very impressed with the quality of the packaging. Assembly was pretty straightforward, and the weight of each of the assembled parts indicated quality. This was an inexpensive chair, but NOT a cheap chair. My wife has had two back surgeries, and she is loving how supportive and comfortable this is for her. I cannot recommend this chair enough.

after reading reviews and comparing with other chairs, decided to buy this one. This is a really great chair. I'm impressed by the details when I open the box. It not only came with screws and a tool, but even had a pair of white gloves for the installation. the chair is finished very well for all the details (see the wheel's photo). very simple to assemble, just take about 20 minutes. The seat support is firm. Easy to adjust, smooth moving. Back and Head support are adjustable and fit very well.
