Nice chair comprised by packaging.
The package is smaller than you would think which is nice for clean-up. The parts all come packaged in the backrest, which saves on the packing but hinders the structure. It makes it feel a little funky on the back but not terrible. The gas powered leg works great just be careful it doesn't really get "attached." The piece just ldes in, it's fine while you're sitting but can pull out of the wheel carousel.

this chair is is very comfortable.
I love this chair. it's very comfortable, durable and assembly was easy. You just have to make sure you line the screw holes just so and the screws go in very straight. I hand screwed the screws in diagonally, then I took the wrench and torqued them down tight. Very easy to work levers and it's so great. The whole chair is beautiful and fits in my office nicely and very cool.

Comfortable and Sturdy!
The high back executive chair is comfortable and Sturdy. Some executives chairs can irritate my skin but this chair doesn't do that. I fall asleep pretty quickly because it's so comfortable. It's padded well too! The padding has an upper layer and a bottom layer for comfortability. I think the base could be metal rather than plastic. Plastic has a tendency to crack. The back of the chair could be a little higher for the person's head to protect their neck but other than that, it's a great chair!
