This unit is absolutely amazing. It took me 2 days to put it together by myself. I would recommend having a helper to hold things in place during construction. Directions were good enough to get it done. Working out with this Mikolo Smith Machine Home Gym, 2200LBS Power Rack with 36pcs Aluminum Pulley, Functional Trainer with Dual 132LBS Weight stacks has truly upped my game for work outs. I am 67 years old and loving this system. I am fairly new to working out, only a year in. This unit was an upgrade for me, and I could not be happier. Well worth every penny. Great bang for your buck! Quality is decent but I did have shipping trouble and received two different style weight blocks which makes it a bit more difficult to use but overall the fit and finish is good and you get a lot of accessories which increases the value in my opinion.
