Great piece of equipment for the price. Thoroughly pleased with the smoothness of the cable system, and the rack itself feels sturdy for bench press and squats for the weight range we use. Just be aware that it will be pretty tight if the ceilings are 8ft. Would work for almost everything except pull ups because the ceiling would be close. We have 9ft ceilings which gives plenty of room for pull ups. The picture includes bench, bars, weights, attachments that we ordered separately.

Fast delivery, very straight forward on assembly and very impressive on the pulley smoothness even without upgraded aluminum wheels. The accessories are low quality but you gotta take it for what it is and that is that it comes with them. Would recommend. Next item would be a leg press/ hack machine
