Decided to purchase this gym station for my wife. For the price you can't beat it. You will be able to hit most of your muscle group. The assembly took 3 hrs. Some of the people are saying the instructions are not very helpful so I read it carefully before assembling each piece. Great choice for time %26 money

Due to busy schedule I can't always go to the gym ; I decided to bring the gym to me . I already had a pull-up station , but I wanted to search for one more station b/c of space. When I saw this one it stood out it had so many different variations/ angles. You have potential for a lot of workout all the attachments are included unlike most! The wire could have been better quality that's the only thing for me nothing major though. Also I didn't see a way to buy the pull-up station attachment separate can you help me with that ?

Very positive one person assembly experience.

First off, I'm a short, 63 year old, female psychotherapist. Not an engineer or workout guru by any means. The product arrived ahead of schedule. As others reported, it came on two different days, so I just waited for it all to arrive. I am a bit of a perfectionist so I took a full hour unpacking, organizing, and matching every part against the parts list. Everything was there and in good shape. No damage to anything or any package. The individual part packaging was amazing. Very well thought out. I started assembling on day one, between seeing my clients, and finished the next day, with a total of 7.5 hours including clean up and breakdown of boxes for recycle. It was pretty simple really, the instructions were excellent! I just took my time, had some fun working the puzzle, and really enjoyed the process. Being short, I needed to use my foot stool for a couple of things. I have nothing bad to say about the shipping, packaging, instructions, or assembly, and I did it all by myself. Some things are heavy, but I have a furniture dolly to move boxes from front step to back porch. Tried it out immediately, and everything works great. Love it. Don't be afraid of it. Just take your time, one page at a time, double check every thing, and you will do fine. Be patient with yourself if you mix something up. Everything is easily taken apart again if you need to correct something. A really great assembly experience over all. As for the work out, the only thing I find frustrating, which I will get used to, is needing to step over the bands to sit on the bench. But that's just a matter of 'Slow down Cindy', as I usually tend to rush things. Hope this helps. Cindy
