I don't use the pull down system at all, but it's better than nothing. However, I lift weights 3-4 times a week, and I use this cage primarily for squats, overhead presses, and bench presses. That's fine with all four. I also use a rack for pull-ups, and I have a set of rings that hang from the pull-up bars. I only have 235 pounds at home, so that's the max I've ever used. The power cage is very sturdy and can handle the weight well. My only complaint is that the power cage moves a bit when I rack up the weight after a set of bench presses. This did not cause any other issues or security concerns. Despite a lot of use, the rack shows minimal wear and tear. It's still as sturdy today as it was when I first assembled it. I paid $479.99 for the rack and it's currently $499.99. If you want an inexpensive solid power cage, I highly recommend this one. I will definitely buy it again. For me, there's no need to spend a fortune on a fancy Rogue power cage, except that Rogue products are so pretty.

I've spent money for an item more than 3 weeks now that I am unable to use and the customer service is terrible. At this point I want a full refund. I would not recommend.
