Each side also includes a 13 LB plate-loading holder, so you can still add Olympic plates when you need more total resistance. Amazing value.

Amazing value. I've been using this four times weekly since it arrived and have no complaints. The 1:1 pulley system isn't as smooth as a 2:1 (of course), but it requires half the weight and by replacing the nylon pulley wheels with aluminum, I was able to get it running quite nicely. This machine will be the cornerstone of my garage gym for many years.
