we are very pleased with our purchase. i have been talking to my husband for a while about getting a smith machine. we were limited in our selections because of space and head room - we have a boiler system so we were limited to exactly 85" of space. luckily, this fell PERFECTLY in our height range. the product itself took us two days to build with three people - two building and one going through directions and handing out bolts and screws. it was a lot, but VERY worth it. we finished building it per instructions, but then realized at the end that we were missing two springs that should have been included. we sent in a message to the seller and exchanged a few emails, but i very timely received the springs we were missing! we haven't put them on yet but plan to next time we work out. i cannot recommend this product or the company enough! they've gained a lifetime customer.

Gift for my husband. He is very happy with the quality and function. The quality is great for home use. Took quite a while to build. We did it in 2 nights as we work in the day time. It comes with a tool but you will speed up building process with your own electric tools. Also, we had to go back a few steps because we had something in the reverse so triple check how your building. It can be a pain if you have to go back and fix something as you have to disassemble some parts to get to the part you need to fix. Husband is 110% happy and would buy from this brand. We also looked at YouTube videos to help along with the manual. Ships in several packages but arrived rather quickly. Try to be available for delivery. Had to ask the delivery man to help get it in my garage because the packages are very heavy.
