Mikolo Smith Machine Home Gym, 2200 lbs Power Rack Cage with Cable Crossover, Weight Bar, 360° Landmine, Barbell Holders and Other Attachments, Total Body Strength Training Cage

This my third item I have purchased with this seller of mikolo exercise equipment and so far I have not experienced any issue and hope I don't. I just wished they had a stairmaster machine and my garage will be all equipped for working out at home besides in the gym. My kids enjoy it and so do I. I recommend NOT using angi's. I unboxed everything for them and laid everything out and it took me an hour, next both guys showed up late, on top of that putting pieces on incorrectly now I can't take them out but made do to not use the bottom of my equipment, They both told me to book again cause 2 1/2 wasn't enough and they need more time. Did %26 Done.... One guy showed up 1 hours 16mins late the other guy stated he was at my house (which I have cameras) but never showed up lol what a waste so I finished everything buy myself and it took about a week due to me working but I did it. Seller is very quick with the response, Haven't had a problem sense. Also wished it came with the Olympic bar for the landmine that's the only down fall.

This is a great piece of equipment for the price! As a person over 50 who lives alone, the Smith machine allows me to confidently and safely do exercises without a spotter. The independent. pulleys can be adjusted to 15 different positions/angles, which allow me to do many different exercises in a variety of ways… This also allows me to work around injuries by finding the pain-free range of motion. I love the handles/straps as well as all of the different accessories. The seated row, land, mine, dip attachments – all great! There was only one thing that I have noticed so far, but I wouldn't even really call it a “problem“ unless you are using tons of weight… What I am referring to is that if you have a 45 pound plate loaded on the SMITH machine at the same time as one on the pulley, there's a good chance they will hit each other. Overall, this is a great piece of equipment that I would highly recommend. Take your time with assembly and follow the steps in order and you will have a very sturdy rack.
