- Made of 50mm x 50mm commercial thickness steel tube. The 12 connecting triangle pieces provide extra stability and stronger construction. Dimension: 86.6 inch(H) x 70.1 inch(L) x 74.8 inch(W). The max capacity of the whole machine is up to 2200 lbs, feel free to enjoy your training experience with this big guy!
- The power cage is equipped with multiple accessories, except the additional leg holds-down attachment, two size models of landmine, battle rope, and storage ring, it also includes 2 (weight holders, dip bars, j hooks), weight storage, footboard, pull-up bar, T bar, lat pull down bar, cable bar, etc.
- One machine can meet your various needs. Our smith cage is designed for trainers. It is combined with Power rack / Functional trainer / Lat pulldown station (includes leg holder) / 1:2 ratio Low row station (includes footplate attachment) / Smith machine / Chin station / Dip station / Core trainer / Landmine station / Suspension trainer. Let you could do unlimited exercises in a limited space! Pre-reserved holes for resistant bend, you can do more weight training and resistance exercise. Such as resistance (pull-ups, barbell squats, shoulder presses, cable chest fly, etc.) You can also do lat pull-down with a leg hold-down attachment.
- We considered that our customer might have no space for the handles that come with our smith rack home gym. So we decided to put 4 hooks on it for the storage space. You could put bars and ropes on it, which is a really thoughtful design when you are trying to organize your training equipment. Besides, there are 6 weight plate pins and 2 barbell holders for storing.
- The home gym beast gives you access to 40+ free weight barbell exercises, impressive 75+ cable exercises, easy 30+ Smith machine exercises at your disposal, 30+ exercises on the landmine/core trainer, 9 basic chin-up variations based solely on the various ways you can grip the handles. 2 pairs of Dip handles that let you do 2 basic dip variations (wide and narrow grip). 80+ suspension trainer exercises.

Great machine! I am impressed with the quality and soundness of the entire unit. Smooth operation of the pulleys, smith assist, and the wonderful bench. Videos are a plus as well. I purchased assembly and that process was exceptional with two installers that worked well together. Assembly took more than 5 hours but it was worth it. I can not be more please with my purchase of this outstanding Smith machine.
