Installing a peel and stick wallpaper border is a simple DIY project. Here’s how you can do it:

1. Clean the surface: Make sure the wall or mirror frame is dry and free of dust or grease.
2. Measure and cut: Measure the area you want to cover and cut the border to the right length, leaving a little extra for adjustments.
3. Peel and apply: Slowly peel off the backing and press the border onto the surface, smoothing out air bubbles as you go.
4. Trim excess: Use a utility knife or scissors to trim any extra material at the ends or corners.

This process can help you achieve a neat look, but always follow the instructions included with your specific product for best results.

Yes, many wallpaper borders are designed to be used in bathrooms. Look for options labeled as waterproof or removable for easy maintenance. These borders can be applied to walls, mirrors, or even as trim around tiles. Just make sure the surface is clean and dry before installation. If your bathroom is especially humid, choosing a border made from PVC or vinyl can help it last longer. Always check the product details to confirm it’s suitable for high-moisture areas.

Removing a removable wallpaper border is usually straightforward. Here’s what you can do:

• Start at a corner: Gently lift one edge of the border with your fingernail or a plastic scraper.
• Peel slowly: Pull the border away from the wall at a low angle, working slowly to avoid damaging the paint or surface underneath.
• Clean residue: If any adhesive remains, wipe it away with a damp cloth or mild soapy water.

Most removable borders are designed to come off cleanly, but always test a small area first if you’re unsure about your wall’s finish.

Wallpaper borders can be applied to a variety of smooth, clean surfaces. Common options include:

• Painted walls
• Mirrors and glass
• Tile backsplashes
• Wood trim or frames

For best results, avoid sticking borders to textured, damp, or dusty surfaces, as the adhesive may not hold well. Always check the product packaging for any specific surface recommendations or limitations.

To keep your wallpaper borders looking fresh, try these tips:

• Dust regularly: Wipe borders gently with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and debris.
• Clean with care: For waterproof or vinyl borders, use a damp cloth with mild soap if needed. Avoid harsh chemicals that could damage the finish.
• Check for lifting edges: Press down any edges that start to peel to keep the border secure.

Regular maintenance can help your borders stay vibrant and in place for longer.
