This is a great little ice machine - bought for my kid for dorm room - they love it! Only issue we had was the box showed up pretty damaged from shipping, so the lid (only) was damaged. There is virtually no setup required, except to put it on the counter, add the water, and plug it in. You can get a gallon zip lock of ice within 8 hours the first time, then its continuous after that. This is a great product that provides a nice cold surprise!
