This little ice maker is so excellent that I am considering it as gift items. The only issues I had with installation was peeling away the blue plastic. It was so gorgeous I wanted it to stay on - but the instructions were to get rid of it. Then it was difficult to get off. The only other issue is that it is NOT quiet. It is constantly making ice - which I love - but you can hear it on other floors of the house. Love it though!

My first ice maker! I like it but it wasn't what I was expecting. I wanted to make ice to transfer to my freezer, but the ice it makes is soggy wet and when I transfer it to the freezer the ice cubes fuse together. I had to use an ice pick. Other than that, I love it and it makes ice very quickly.
