This ice machine is actually better than my last one which was way more expensive. It makes large solid ice cubes, and very fast. I am very pleased with this ice maker. i also purchsed the extended warranty on this for a few dollars more since ice makers only have a 1 year warranty.

Great Little machine!
My husband goes through a lot of ice so I decided to try this machine. When I saw how small it is I almost sent it back. However I decided to give it a try. It may be small but it makes ice faster than I could have imagined, fresh ice about every 37 minutes! Every time we take ice out it make more in the shape of cute little bullets. I'm so glad I didn't send it back!

We had a different brand for about 3 years it started getting slow so we took it too our house and bought another one for the camper. Great product at a very reasonable price.
